True Path Talent was founded by Pedro Fonseca with one purpose — to help guide high school and college athletes on their journey toward success.

Born and raised in Brazil, Pedro came to the United States to pursue his college education and went on to have a life-changing experience at the University of Louisville. His time there not only shaped him personally but also opened the door to his professional soccer career after graduation.

Inspired by his own journey, Pedro created True Path Talent to help other student-athletes discover their own opportunities. Whether it’s a high school student navigating the wide world of college options or a college athlete exploring transfer possibilities, True Path is here to provide clarity, support, and direction every step of the way.

Partnering with programs from NAIA to Division I, True Path Talent is dedicated to helping each athlete find the school and program that best fits their goals — academically, athletically, and personally.
